The Role

As a Senior HR Generalist at PublicNEXT, you will assume a pivotal role in managing a spectrum of HR functions within our esteemed tech hub. From orchestrating interviews to overseeing all HR-related procedures, you will be at the forefront of our HR operations. Collaborating closely with the Tech leaders at PublicNEXT, you will identify and address any potential issues that may arise. Additionally, your responsibilities will encompass monitoring developments in the tech market and organising captivating activities for our tech team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring transparency and meritocracy in the selection procedures 
  • Active participation in the annual performance evaluation process, talent management activities, and succession & career development planning 
  • Guide through and supports leadership and people managers in the development of performance improvement plans, providing one-to-one support as needed 
  • Building of meaningful relationships with employees to create a positive working environment and address employee relations issues 
  • Working closely with organization’s senior management and employees to improve work relationships, build employee morale, boost productivity and retention within Public Group 
  • Creating full-cycle positive employee experience; from offer, screening, onboarding, reviews, skill enhancement, career development, to exit discussions 
  • Acting as liaison between the Benefits & Payroll team, and the rest of the organization 
  • Attending career fairs for recruitment needs and employer branding purposes 

Requirements:

  • BSc in Business Administration, Communication, Social studies, or relevant field 
  • Approximately 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a tech company 
  • MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral 
  • Organizational skills & attention to detail 
  • Time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines 
  • Critical thinking & decision making
