Your mission
As our Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/x), you will align our people practices with sevdesk's business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and guiding them towards effective, strategic solutions that foster both company success and individual growth. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on our organization through strategic HR practices, allowing your expertise and ideas to directly influence our company's growth and culture in a dynamic yet stable environment.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
- You serve as the primary point of contact for Senior Leadership Managers on all people-related matters.
- You guide, support, and coach senior leaders on all relevant People initiatives and practices.
- You are part of the leadership team within HR and organization-wide.
- You are a mentor for the HR Business Partner who reports to you.
- You collaborate on business partnering projects and contribute to overarching strategic people initiatives.
- You leverage your expertise to continuously improve and optimize HR processes and products.
- You participate in implementing key HR initiatives (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Performance Culture, Leadership Principles, Hybrid Work) and support colleagues in the People Operations Team, playing a vital role in the overall People Team.
Your Qualification:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics with a focus on labor law, or equivalent education and training.
- You possess a minimum of seven years of practical experience in HR, including solid knowledge of employment law.
- You demonstrate comfort and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment, with a drive to actively shape and advance our organization.
- You exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- You are fluent in German and English (negotiation level).
