(Senior) HR Business Partner Global Marketing & Enterprise Sales (all genders)

As part of the HR team based in the headquarter in Göppingen the HR Business Partner Global Marketing (m/f/d) will be a strategic partner for all relevant key stakeholders and will work in close partnership with them to ensure the alignment between the strategies of the business and the people management objectives. Success in this role will require influential partnership with Senior Management and employees within the organization to execute on the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.

  • Partner with managers, employees and the global HR Team to drive implementation of HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
  • Develop and maintain a trustful relationship with employees and team managers to provide continuous support and daily HR guidance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, responding to market and industry changes to drive and support change management in the organization
  • Trustful cooperation with the local works council
  • Understand the entire talent eco-system and each stage of the employee lifecycle and apply talent/HR programs to support these stages
  • Proactively trigger change processes and support the operational implementation
  • A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferably in OD or business management
  • Minimum four years of practical experience in a fast & dynamitic international HR environment
  • Demonstrate a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams and levels within our organization
  • Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work as part of a Team or Individually
  • Solid practical experience and knowledge of German Labor Law
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English (verbal and written) is required
  • Problem solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start
