Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner 12 Months FTC
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 and up to 20% bonus and benefits
Location: Hybrid from any of Tandem offices

The main purpose of the role is to partner with key leaders across the Bank to support and drive the overarching People strategy. The HRBP will also support to identify local departmental or geographical trends and challenges and work with senior managers to improve business and people performance.
