About the Role
As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with regional field sales, Go-to-Market (GTM) senior leaders, and their teams across the Asia Pacific and Middle East (APMEA) region.
Reporting to the Senior Director of HR based in London, you will collaborate with a diverse HR Business Partnering team spread across Europe and India and a wider HR team in the US. This standalone role requires strong leadership, proactive decision-making, and ownership of HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop, drive, and implement comprehensive people plans for the APMEA field sales team and GTM teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to VP and Senior Director-level leaders, and their teams, aligning HR strategies with business priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with regional Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Workspace, and Legal teams, as well as global Talent and Organizational Development teams to drive organizational effectiveness and talent management initiatives.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver global HR programs, ensuring consistency and excellence in performance assessments, promotions, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Change Management and Leadership Coaching:
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders during periods of organizational change, helping them navigate opportunities for scale and growth.
- Serve as a leadership coach to enhance team capabilities and drive transformation.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Champion the use of data and analytics to inform business decisions, influence senior leaders, and shape HR direction.
- Identify trends and design systemic solutions to address challenges.
- Global and Regional Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage occasional interactions with HR leadership members and COEs located in the US and India.
- Collaborate with a globally distributed HR network to align regional and global strategies.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 10 plus years of HR experience, including leadership roles in a global Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
- Proven expertise in HR practices across India, Australia, and Singapore is essential.
- Experience working with teams across APMEA, Europe, and the US in a global matrix organization is essential.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to recognize trends and implement systemic solutions.
- Exceptional consulting, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in complex environments.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- A demonstrated ability to independently manage HR functions, build relationships across geographies, and drive results.
- Experience in delivering HR project management and change leadership initiatives.
- Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work from the Bangalore office with regular travel to Chennai is required. Occasionally travel to other global offices might be needed.
