The role involves overseeing the People & Culture agenda for the Marketplace Consumer Business unit across the entire Allegro Group, the most impactful within the Commerce area, with a significant influence on the company’s financial results. This includes implementing processes and tools to ensure a standardized approach across the group. The position involves providing support in resolving people-related issues and collaborating with business partners (leaders) to enhance and develop this function in alignment with Allegro Group’s strategy.
What does this role involve?
- You will be the main partner for Top Leaders in the unit, driving the People & Culture agenda and ensuring effective implementation of policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business
- You will build relationships with executives and managers to become a real, value-added advisor
- You will contribute to designing and setting up optimal and efficient organizational structures
- You will create and adjust scalable HR solutions tailored to the specific needs of the supported areas, their business strategies, and goals
- You will coordinate the implementation of Group HR processes: workforce management, recruitment, performance management, development, and talent management, and contribute to their further optimization and scalability
- You will promote and accelerate a culture of excellence where people feel engaged and inspired to deliver business results
- You will advise on solutions and methods to enhance employee engagement
- You will analyze and interpret various employee reports to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions
- You will support managers in developing their leadership skills and building a high-performance culture
- You will introduce L&D programs and initiatives to facilitate the development of required competencies
- You will participate in the budgeting process and monitor its realization.
- You will ensure compliance with labor law

This job is for you if:
- You have proven HRBP experience (at least 5 years in large enterprises, preferably in e-commerce, operations, or finance SSC)
- Experience in an international environment and team management is an asset
- You can influence your business partners in building new organizational structures
- You can gather and analyze available data and stakeholder needs, translating them into workable HR solutions
- You have a track record of successfully preparing and implementing HR projects
- You have a deep understanding of leadership and the ability to support the development of current and future leaders
- You are open, skilled at building relationships with people of varying seniority, and can become a trusted, value-added advisor
- You can cooperate and communicate effectively with many stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- You have strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- You have excellent expertise in local labor law
