The role entails overseeing the People & Culture agenda for Commerce 1P at Allegro Retail a.s., including implementing processes and tools to ensure a standardized approach across the group. The position involves providing support for resolving people-related issues and collaborating with business partners (leaders) to enhance and develop this function in alignment with the Allegro Group strategy.

What does this role involve

  • You will contribute to the design and set up of the optimal and efficient organization structures 
  • You will build relationships with executives and managers to become a real, value added advisor
  • You will coordinate the implementation of Group HR processes: workforce management, recruitment, performance management, development and talent management and contribute to their further optimization and scalability 
  • You will create and adjust scalable HR solutions addressing the specificity of supported areas, their business strategies and goals
  • You will advise on solutions and methods to enhance employee engagement
  • You will monitor HR indexes for the supported areas and recommend improvements
  • You will support managers in their leadership skills development and in the building of high performance culture
  • You will introduce L&D programs and initiatives to facilitate development of the competencies required
  • You will participate in the budgeting process and monitor its realization 
  • You will ensure compliance with labor law

This job is for you, if

  • You have proven HRBP experience (at least 5 years in big size enterprises, preferably e-commerce, operations, finance SSC) 
  • You have worked in an international environment and manage a team, it would be an asset
  • You are able to impact your business partners in building of a new organizational structure
  • You are able to gather and analyze available data and various stakeholders needs and translate them into workable HR solutions
  • You have a track record of successful preparation and implementation of HR projects 
  • You have a deep understanding of leadership and the ability to support development of present and future leaders
  • You are equipped with openness, ability to build relations of a different seniority and become a trusted and value added advisor
  • You are able to cooperate and communicate with many stakeholders in a fast moving environment 
  • You have a very good and structured written and spoken communication, both in Czech and in English
  • You have an excellent local Labor Law expertise
