- You will co-create and design our global future survey landscape to provide valuable insights for our organization and teams.
- With that you implement the designed “listening” strategies allowing better and closer to time to understand our employees’ sentiments and engagement.
- You will analyze data supported by AI powered IT to derive statistically proven drivers and levers for improvement actions.
- You will support data-driven decision-making and recommend action fields on global scale.
- Experience in conducting and analyzing surveys.
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Ability to consult business demands and translate business requirements into best user experience.
- Experience in steering external vendor and managing IT platform and all internal necessary alignment steps of a global complex company.
- Excellent project management skills and assertiveness.
- You gained experiences in organizational dynamics of an international company with a talent in persuading stakeholders on all hierarchy levels.
- Fluent in English language, German (B2) is an advantage.
