ispace Technologies, US is a looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior Guidance, Navigation and Controls Engineer to join its new team.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all mission phases including trade studies, design reviews, software and hardware, and on-orbit operations
- Develop GNC architecture for orbit and descent.
- Responsible for spacecraft GN&C solutions and design through all stages of design, integration, verification and operations
- Develop GNC software for both flight code and simulation
- Generate all relevant documentation for design, analysis, specification, and testing
- Mentor junior GNC engineers
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced degree in an engineering discipline with focus on control/dynamics. We will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in spacecraft GN&C algorithm development
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and MATLAB
- Experience with 6DOF simulation
- Experience with Monte Carlo simulation and data analysis
- Modelling experience (i.e. space environment, GNC sensors, and actuators)
- Familiarity with project management tools, including Atlassian
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience in spacecraft GN&C different algorithm development and implementation
- Experience with fault detection and isolation
- Experience with Lunar or Interplanetary missions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary based upon experience - $165,000-$180,000. The salary posted is a targeted range for budget of position. Base compensation can be negotiated and will be commensurate with experience, skills, education, and training.
