The Job
As a Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to lead and implement key areas of the GTM team’s analytics strategy. This role reports directly to the CRO, collaborates closely with the VP of Finance, and offers a unique opportunity to engage with the GTM and broader Omnidian leadership teams to provide cross-functional insights and deliver on projects that will have outsized impact on our revenue strategy.
What You’ll Do

Strategic Analysis
- Collaborate with the CRO, VP of Finance and others to complete pricing analysis including analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to develop and implement optimal pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the Data Science, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams to complete analysis in support of case studies and proof points to support our value proposition
Analytical Design, Implementation, and Insights
- Partner with the Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing and Client Success teams to consult, develop and implement critical KPIs (including around customer churn, Sales performance, LTV and CAC reporting, etc)
- Support data quality and accuracy through collaboration and partnership with the Data Management team
- Own the design, development and maintenance of new and existing reports, dashboards, and visualizations which are focused on internal operations as well as external client health and behaviors
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
GTM & Stakeholder Partnership
- Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements
- Prioritize projects and initiatives based on potential impact and alignment with strategic goals
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business (including other departments like Finance and Product) to foster a data-driven culture
Who You Are
- You are highly analytical and results-oriented, passionate about using data to drive operational improvement.
- You tell compelling stories with data, going beyond spreadsheets and pivots to use visualization tools that highlight trends and propose actionable solutions.
- You thrive in collaboration, building strong relationships with stakeholders across functions while driving initiatives forward.
- You take ownership, and are self-driven to identify challenges, propose solutions, and see problems through to resolution.
- You inspire and motivate others to embrace data-driven decision-making as a leader.
Experience You'll Need
- 7+ years with Business Intelligence tools
- 5+ years of experience supporting analytics on concepts like pricing, revenue forecasting, Sales performance, client churn, etc
- 4+ years experience writing, updating, and optimizing SQL queries
- 3+ years experience with Databricks or similar Data Lake / Warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift)
- Proven ability to lead and manage analytical projects
- Experience preparing and communicating analytical insights to senior management
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
Experience Thats a Plus
- You have worked alongside Sales or other GTM teams in the past, and understand the key KPIs that are at the heart of each function
- Experience with Sigma
