As a growth marketer, you'll be an instrumental cog in the marketing wheels to drive marketing efforts through two main channels: Influencer (KOL) and Social Media Marketing. Here's a summary of the job description based on those two channels:
Influencer (KOL) Marketing:
Responsible for overall influencer marketing activities in selected countries.
Develop a framework for continuous optimization to ensure all marketing efforts across influencer marketing and other channels are positively impacting key metrics.
Coordinate with the influencer marketing team to create marketing campaigns with the lowest cost per acquisition in each country.
Social Media Marketing:
Work closely with the social media manager to build and implement plans and measure the effectiveness of each component to ensure refinement and performance evaluation in selected countries.
Working closely with the social media manager to manage the budget and ensure the budget is spent effectively by designing a cost-efficient campaign
Help manage team members, including coaching and developing existing members and hiring and onboarding new members as needed.
Experience in Marketing for more than 5 years especially in influencer and social media marketing.
Having experience managing people or becoming a project leader.
Proven portfolio in related fields in influencer and social media marketing.
Interest in the career development industry.
Active in social media and updates about the influencer and social media marketing trends.
Willing to accept new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong business sense and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with data and able to drive analysis and generate insights with minimum supervision.
