Senior Growth Marketing

TLDR

Drive marketing strategies and execute performance evaluations to support growth targets in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What will you do?

As a growth marketer, you'll be an instrumental cog in the marketing wheels to drive marketing efforts through suitable channels based on the business goal. You will be our go-to individual to understand the market and sets us apart from the competition.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to analyze product growth needs.
  • Develop new growth marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Measure the effectiveness of each marketing component to ensure refinement and performance evaluation in selected countries.
  • Ensure the budget is spent effectively by designing a cost-efficient campaign.
  • Spearheaded full funnel go-to-market strategy to ensure that we are closer to the business objectives.
  • Implement an effective multi-channel product communication strategy that clearly defines and communicates what sets us apart from the competition.
  • Follow and analyze market trends for product positioning, and keep up to date with competitor feature launches and offers.
  • Understand marketing impact on business, optimize plans, and deliver business reviews and performance updates to stakeholders
  • Train and mentor the marketing team that oversees the execution and delivery of all marketing projects, campaigns, and activities.
  • Help manage team members, including coaching, developing existing members, hiring and onboarding new members as needed. 

You pretty much have the job if

  • You’ve held a senior role for at least 4 years in digital marketing either in a tech startup or the human resource industries.
  • You’ve managed at least 2 direct reports.
  • You have direct experience in conducting market research, product positioning and/or business development.
  • You have previous experience in project management.
  • Proven portfolio in related fields.
  • Interest in the career development industry.
  • Willing to accept new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business sense and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with data and able to drive analysis and generate insights with minimum supervision.
