Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with local influencers, trading communities, institutional partners, and fintech stakeholders. Negotiate and execute high-impact partnerships to drive user acquisition and retention.

User Acquisition & Retention: Design campaigns and initiatives to attract new users while improving the lifetime value of existing users. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to localize promotions, events, and communication strategies.

Market Insights & Analytics: Analyze market performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and initiatives. Stay updated on regulatory developments and competitor activities in the region.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams, including Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Engineering, to align regional initiatives with OKX’s global objectives. Coordinate with the LCD (Local Compliance Development) team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is an advantage.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or related industries. With a proven track record of scaling businesses in Southeast Asian markets.

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems, including market trends and regulatory landscapes. Passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency with a growth mindset.

Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
