Careem Tenant's mission is to add essential services that simplify people's lives as part of an Everything app. We currently house several services which are 3rd party integrations but are easily and conveniently accessed and operated through the Careem App. Flagship services include Car Rentals, Home Cleaning, Laundry as well as Salon & Spa.

About the team

We are looking for a Senior Growth analyst to join our world-class Growth team. The role’s primary responsibilities are to help plan, manage, and execute the growth strategies. You will be responsible for creating visibility for all the key metrics as well as providing insights and solutions to decision-makers based on data analysis. This role involves close collaboration with the Product teams, Marketing leads, and the Careem Central Growth team, providing insights and solutions to various growth challenges and driving strategic direction forward.

What you'll do

Own the customer lifecycle management process by planning and tracking campaigns with incremental impact and collaborating with product teams on features and improvements.
Embark on exploratory data analysis projects to better understand and discover untapped areas of growth, scaling and programmatically automating the growth process for Careem Pay.
Identify ideas to improve growth KPIs by continuously A/B testing different concepts.
Work in cross-functional teams with central growth, product, engineering, and marketing to tackle growth challenges.
Build dashboards for monitoring KPIs and performance.
Provide updates and insights to the organization on targets and budgets.

What you'll need

3 years of relevant experience
Statistics - A/B testing, uplift calculation, p-test, t-test, statistical significance
SQL - Intermediate to proficient skills to perform data analysis
Tableau - Dashboard design and automation preferred
Experience in CRM and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, and Optimizely is a plus
Experience in data science/ machine learning projects (Predictions, classifications)

Python - (great to have, not a hard requirement) Scripting and automation of tasks (Pandas, Numpy, Requests, JSON) preferred
