Scope
We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience
Your role includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and developing creative assets for all online (digital, CRM, Website) and offline channels. Your designs should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual design that align with our brand identity and deliver on campaign objectives
- Develop and execute creative concepts, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop fresh ideas and creative solutions
- Actively participate in the design process, contributing your expertise to the creation of visual assets across a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and digital advertising campaigns
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate our creative offerings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, experience in an ad agency is a plus
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on advertising, branding across all channels: digital & offline.
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Attention to visual details and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- A passion for creativity and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of design excellence.
