ABOUT THE POSITION Senior Graphic Designer (Ads Focused) at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your Role: bring bold ideas, eye-catching visuals, and serious design chops to our creative team. You’ll be the one turning concepts into scroll-stopping ad creatives that help us connect with our global audience and take BURGA’s brand presence to the next level. You won’t just be designing - you’ll be influencing how we show up in the world and helping shape our visual identity. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead the creation of visually stunning ad creatives for new collections and product launches for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and beyond. - Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals, all driven by a shared love for fashion and creativity. - Work closely with our creative strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to make sure every ad not only looks amazing but performs even better. - Bring fresh energy and ideas to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning. - Stay on top of the latest design trends and keep our ads ahead of the curve. - Use data and performance metrics to fine-tune designs and drive even better results. - Help improve our workflows, share your expertise, and inspire the team with your creative perspective. - Support the team with design tasks like preparing renders and ensuring assets are campaign-ready. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of design experience in a fast-paced or agency environment. - A strong portfolio of impactful ad creatives - extra credit if you’ve done digital campaigns. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator). - Bonus points if you’ve worked with 3D renders and visualizations. - Great time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease. - A creative, collaborative spirit who’s not afraid to bring bold ideas to the table. - Someone who thrives on feedback, loves a good brainstorm, and is always looking to push boundaries. - A passion for digital design, performance-driven creativity, and the world of fashion and trends. - A track record of crafting high-performing ad creatives, bringing campaigns to life, and helping teams grow through collaboration and feedback. SALARY: 3800-4000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
