Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship to elevate their skills and achieve excellence in game development.
- Architect and develop scalable, efficient, and reusable game systems, optimizing performance and ensuring seamless gameplay experiences.
- Lead porting projects.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to define technical requirements and ensure smooth production pipelines throughout the game development process.
- Utilize your proficiency in Unreal for game development, integrating assets, including characters, environments, and VFX, performantly into game engines.
- Apply your experience in game development, including optimization, debugging, and performance profiling, to achieve exceptional gaming experiences.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Game Development.
- Advanced Unreal Engine knowledge, and C++ programming language.
- Relevant experience or completed game development projects (internships, personal projects, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
