As a senior game designer, you will play a critical role in shaping gameplay experiences and ongoing success of our mobile games. You will be reporting to the Lead game designer. Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative features, optimise game content, and manage live operations will be ideal.
- Design and develop game features & systems for improved gameplay.
- Develop and manage live operations strategies to maintain player engagement and drive monetization.
- Create in-game events, promotions and content updates.
- Optimise gameplay mechanics, economy, progression systems and difficulty levels in games.
- Partner with the monetization team to optimise in-game purchases, ads and virtual currency systems.
- Partner with the development team to make sure that upgrades and new features are implemented seamlessly.
Key Competencies :
- 5+ years of experience in game design, with a strong focus on mobile game development.
- Experience with free-to-play games and live service games.
- Knowledge of game monetization strategies and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with Unity is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile gaming trends.
