Team
Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the world's largest and most successful hybrid publisher.
As part of our product strategy, we are excited to expand beyond the hyper casual and hybrid casual markets into the casual Match-3 space. Our mission is to release the next $1B Match 3 game, pioneering the next generation in this category.
Role

Art Creation: Design and develop game assets, including characters, environments, and UI elements, with a focus on 2D art. Utilise your skills in concept art, animation, and UI/UX design to create visually appealing and user-friendly game interfaces.

Conceptualisation: Provide and analyse art references for games and features. Create mock-ups that effectively communicate your artistic vision to the team.

Animation: Enhance gameplay experiences through impactful animations, utilising tools like Spine to create fluid and engaging character movements.

Integration: Work directly within Unity to integrate your art into the game, ensuring seamless interaction between visual elements and gameplay mechanics. Collaborate with developers to overcome any technical challenges.

Collaboration: Actively participate in team discussions, offering feedback and ideas to help shape the direction of the game. Work closely with team members across disciplines to achieve a cohesive and polished final product.
Profile

Experience: You have at least 4+ years of experience working as a Game Artist, with 2-3 years specifically within a LiveOps environment on mobile games. Your portfolio showcases a strong foundation in 2D art and a clear understanding of UI/UX principles.

Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Spine. While your focus is on 2D, any experience with 3D modelling or animation is a plus.

Artistic Skills: You possess a versatile skill set as a game art generalist, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt your style to fit different games. You understand the importance of creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance gameplay.
