Position : Senior Functional Analyst - Adobe Commerce Cloud [Business Practitioner]
Job Summary
Seeking an expert-level Functional Analyst for Adobe Commerce Cloud to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for Adobe Commerce Cloud
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create functional specifications for software development
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate requirement workshops
- Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired states
- Support testing and validation of implemented solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business/Functional Analyst with Adobe Commerce Cloud
- Expert-level understanding of Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento) architecture and features
- Strong knowledge of B2C and B2B e-commerce processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner certification
- Familiarity with D365 and integrations with e-commerce platforms
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Understanding of UX/UI principles in e-commerce context
