THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to our Wellz (New Ventures) team in Brazil! 

At Wellz, we are developing an impactful product that helps users take care of their well-being, focused on the mental health solution that delivers customized content of audio, video, etc, following clinical protocols under a care matrix, we offer online therapy integrating with thirty party vendor to handle the video call and chat.
We divide New Ventures PD Focus Area internally into squads that take care of different fronts of the Wellz product, at our squad we are responsible for the partner's experience, where the therapists interact with users through chat platforms, make the therapy sessions, manage their availability so the users can book therapy sessions and other features related to the tracking of users mental health.

YOUR IMPACT

• Ensure successful delivery of projects, and promote the long-term technical health of our services;
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve services focusing on performance, scalability, and stability;
• Build Integration with 3rd party API and tools;
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables;
• Bring expertise in architecture and design process;
• Support existing systems looking to enhance functionality, increase scale, and transform in new ways to meet our product demands;
• Meet with the business and product team to review the design of the product;
• Create new services/products and capabilities to meet emerging needs as our business grows.

WHO YOU ARE

• Partner with product and design to build highly responsive, intuitive, and sleek experiences that will delight customers and set a high bar for all web applications;
• Work on a team driven by data, taking care of data from conception until analysis of results.
• Build scalable, maintainable architectures, and write clean and readable code;
• Experience designing and developing complex modern service applications;
• Experience applying object-oriented or functional design and RESTful web services;
• Experience applying computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis;
• Desirable experience with Golang or NodeJS;
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, and modern web technologies like React or Angular;
• State management of Front-end applications;
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL technology such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB;
• Proficient in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns;
• Experience as Full Stack would be required, but we understand that you will have more experience in one side of the stack, front-end or back-end.
