Senior Fullstack Engineer, AI Standalone app (100% remote-friendly within Poland)

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team, working closely with the AI Assistant Core team while focusing on the development of a standalone web application. This application is designed for doctors who are not yet our customers, providing them with access to our cutting-edge AI Assistant. In this role, you will lead the development and integration efforts for this application, ensuring it delivers a seamless and impactful user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standalone App Development: Lead the development and maintenance of a standalone web application that grants non-customer doctors access to our AI Assistant.

  • Collaboration with AI Assistant Core Team: Work closely with the AI Assistant Core team to align on integration strategies, while driving your team’s objectives for the standalone app.

  • Feature Development: Implement and extend features for both frontend and backend, ensuring high performance and scalability of the application.

  • Code Quality & Documentation: Maintain best practices in coding standards, write efficient code, and produce thorough technical documentation.

  • User Feedback Integration: Work in an agile environment to quickly incorporate user feedback and iterate on features to enhance the application’s usability.

  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues, ensuring the standalone app runs smoothly and efficiently.

What will you help thrive?

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on web applications.

  • Frontend Skills: Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), with solid experience in Angular or Vue.js, and TypeScript.

  • Backend Expertise: Proficient in backend development using .NET (C#) or similar frameworks. Knowledge of PHP (Symfony) is advantageous.

  • Tooling: Daily use of GIT, SASS, Yarn, Webpack, and NPM.

  • Database Knowledge: Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

  • Agile Methodologies: Comfortable and experienced working within Agile teams.

  • Communication: Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), with strong communication skills.

Desirable skills

  • DevOps & Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and working in a DevOps environment.

  • Healthcare Industry Experience: Prior experience in developing applications for the healthcare sector.

  • Scalability & Cloud: Familiarity with scalable distributed cloud systems.

  • Testing Practices: Experience with TDD, DDD, and extreme programming methodologies.

  • Business Insight: A strong interest in understanding user needs and the business context of your projects.

Let’s talk money

  • A salary adequate to your experience and skills. The range is broad so that we can accommodate our roles for all levels of experience, but we will show you the career ladder to explain where we see your skills and impact within the company". Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you;
     
  • For B2B contract: between 20.000 and 25.000 PLN net + Vat monthly, or company cost equivalent on employment contract; 
     
  • Share options plan after 6 months of working with us.
