- Work with client and team closely, participate in team activities or events
- Perform all testing activities independently and effectively: test estimation, test planning, test strategy, test cases design, test execution, defects tracking, etc.
- Understand automation frameworks, can maintain and use the automation framework to automate the new test cases
- Collect data and report testing status
- Show creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness
General requirements:
- At least an intermediate skill level of English
- Likely having 4+ years of experience in software development, especially the software testing processes
- Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
- Able to perform tasks under high pressure
Technical requirements:
- Strong domain knowledge of web, mobile or desktop app testing expertise
- Strong experience on automation testing with running automated tests using Playwright testing frameworks and Testomat IO testing tools
- Experience with JMeter for performance and load testing
- Hands-on experience in using test tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or WebdriverIO is plus
- Solid manual testing experiences (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk-based, exploratory, non-UI testing, UI testing, etc.)
- Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies; API testing
- Experience in using programming languages: JavaScript, and/or other programming languages
- Methodical and detail-oriented, with solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
