About the role:
Our client is a fintech company dedicated to breaking down costly silos between previously disparate point solutions so finance teams can access the specifics they need to succeed.
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who will initially contribute solely as an individual contributor but will later take on technical leadership responsibilities to guide a team in building out our client’s platform.
Some of the main responsibilities for the role include:
Work with the team in the US to take prototype solutions and implement them in a technically structured and scalable manner
Document, test, and implement existing and new features and services keeping in mind technical requirements
Actively discuss and communicate all work, design, and architectural patterns and build consensus directly with the CEO
Work in a structured and urgent manner to implement solutions and reliably deliver them
Create client-facing technical documentation
Job Skills/Requirements
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
- Senior experience with Python and React
- Experience with SQL
- UI/UX experience
- Experience with AWS Load Balancer
- Strong documentation skills
- Desire to be straightforward with feedback, and share best practices
- Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal
