Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain features of our core automation platform
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the codebase

Ensure high performance and reliability for our full stack applications by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
- Intensive cooperation with local and international development teams

Several years of experience as a Software Engineer with Python (preferred) and TypeScript/React (nice-to-have)

Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture

Team player with a proactive approach, ability to inspire colleagues: communicative, organized, and visionary
- Familiar with working in an agile environment
- Good English communication
- Experience with building workflow automation systems is a plus

Compensation and rewards
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
