How will you make an impact:

Collaborate with our product team to build new applications and Saas products.

Participate in high-level design decisions and execute on them.

Work closely with our data science and data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and workflows.
- Interface with our project team to build integrations with clients.

Leverage data infrastructure to deliver high impact, user-friendly, client-facing business intelligence and analytics.
Skills needed to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience with Python, particularly in developing web applications using frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Deep knowledge of React, including component-based architecture, state management (e.g. Redux), and front-end testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases including schema design and optimization for performance.
- Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems is a big plus.

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments a plus.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Terraform a plus.

Exposure working with Data Science teams and Pandas/Polars is nice to have.

Experience working in Insurtech or on AI/ML products is a bonus.
