We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in modernizing legacy systems and ensuring alignment with best practices. As part of the team, you will both enhance and maintain existing systems, while also creating innovative solutions from the ground up, prioritizing scalability and long-term performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and maintain Staff Signage solutions by updating and optimizing legacy systems
• Redesign and refactor legacy solutions using the current tech stack (Front-end: React/TypeScript, Back-end: Node.js/TypeScript, Integration: Windmill)
• Utilize TypeScript for full-stack development and integration tasks within Windmill
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and in production environments
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software solutions
  

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in full-stack development with proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Demonstrated ability to work with legacy systems, including refactoring, updating, and modernizing codebases
• Experience in Windmill or other integration tools (experience with integration development in TypeScript or Python is essential)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions
• Experience working in an agile environment, with a focus on code quality, performance, and scalability
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
