The platform is currently live for US equity and global futures trading.
This role is for a hands-on Engineering Lead to develop our Algo Management System.
Requirements
As the Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a key player in shaping the user interface and user experience of our products. We are looking for a React & Node JS expert with at least 8 years of experience in front-end development who can provide technical leadership, mentorship, and drive excellence in UI development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of front-end engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and modern UI development techniques.
React and Node JS Expertise:
- Architect, design, and develop complex web applications using React and Node JS framework.
Code Quality and Performance:
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews and continuous improvement.
- Optimize front-end code for speed and scalability.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Translate design concepts into responsive and functional user interfaces.
Mentorship:
- Mentor junior and mid-level front-end engineers, fostering their growth and development.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and technical training.
Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
- Explore and recommend new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve our development process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React and Node JS .
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for crafting exceptional user interfaces.
