We're seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our innovative team!
Our client leads the way with a cloud-based contact center platform that transforms customer service through advanced call routing, analytics, and automation, enabling seamless omnichannel interactions.
As a Senior Fullstack Developer in the Digital Engagement Team, you’ll design and develop software that integrates digital channels—like email, chat, SMS, and social media—with voice solutions, ensuring a connected customer experience. This integration is crucial for creating smooth, connected customer experiences across every touchpoint. Key responsibilities include software development focus on front-end components, system integration, improving customer journeys, staying current with technological trends, team collaboration, maintaining high software quality, producing documentation, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain a complex, scalable, high-performance web application using React and other modern tools.
- Collaborate with UI / UX / Product teams to ensure that the user interface is intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing.
- Work closely with the backend team to integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.
- Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding best practices. Contribute to the enhancement of software modules, features, and functionalities.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by leveraging experience and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure project development adheres to schedule, meets milestones, and aligns with business objectives.
- Participate in on-call duty rotations every 2-4 weeks to provide technical support and ensure system reliability.
- 4+ years of professional experience developing applications using React and Javascript.
- Strong expertise in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with back-end development using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Expertise in server-side technologies and databases (both SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of web security best practices and the ability to implement measures to safeguard applications and data.
- A portfolio of projects demonstrating full-stack development expertise.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong dedication to delivering high-quality code and solutions on time and within scope.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Contact Centre, IVR, Virtual Agents, VoIP and telecommunications service providers.
- Experience with working on accessibility standards like WCAG 2.x.
