We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Frontend Engineer with a focus on React.js and Next.js to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in architecting, designing, and implementing complex frontend solutions for our web applications. Your expertise will help guide our engineering team in creating scalable, efficient, and high-performing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design:
- Design and architect complex frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Create reusable and scalable component libraries and frameworks.
- Define best practices and standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Implementation:
- Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable frontend code.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality across the team.
- Stay current with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging:
- Diagnose and resolve complex frontend issues and bugs.
- Continuously improve existing codebase through refactoring and optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a frontend engineer with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in complex web applications is a plus.
