Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer proficient in Angular to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining intuitive and responsive user interfaces for our suite of applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Angular and a strong background in frontend development.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development:
- Design and develop responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces using Angular.
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and consistent user experiences across different devices and browsers.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services through RESTful APIs.
Cross-Regional Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with team members located across different regions to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Communicate regularly with remote team members via video conferences, emails, and collaboration tools.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across regional teams to promote innovation and best practices.
Performance Optimization:
- Optimize frontend performance to deliver fast loading times and smooth user interactions.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve rendering speed and reduce resource consumption.
- Implement caching strategies and lazy loading techniques to enhance application performance.
Code Quality and Testing:
- Write unit tests and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough testing of frontend components to identify and address bugs, usability issues, and accessibility concerns.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on Angular.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate design mockups into interactive prototypes.
- Experience with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
