OVERVIEW:

Join our growing, international team and be responsible for supporting Global revenues and the Global Commercial organization with financial planning, analysis, and reporting requirements. Partner with Global sales leadership and the Revenue Optimization Office in helping develop reporting and forecasting processes while delivering on short and long-term financial commitments. As the Sr. FP&A Analyst specializing in Global Revenue Analysis and Forecasting, you will play a critical role in providing insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth across our international markets. As a member of the Global Commercial FP&A team, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, forecasting methodologies, and market trends to provide accurate forecasts, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Global Revenue Analysis: Lead the analysis of EUR 1Bn+ annual revenues performance across all regions and business units, identifying key drivers of revenue growth and variances from forecasts.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue forecasts and budgets for the global organization, incorporating input from regional teams, market trends, and macroeconomic factors.
  • Reporting and Variance Analysis: Improve periodic reporting by identifying potential for automation and maximizing the use of BI tools.
  • Financial Modeling: Review existing forecasting approach and models to identify potential for improvement in collaboration with business leadership and the Revenue Optimization Office.
  • Content Optimization: Drive the development of financial business cases for new content (Sportright) acquisitions as key revenue enabler for the business.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed of market trends and developments and work closely with Market Intelligence teams to get better understanding of our market and bring it in relation with SRAD business growth plans.
  • Rights Costs and Profitability: Ensure clear understanding of content-related business opportunities and decisions and their impact on short and long-term profitability and Cash Flow.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance revenue forecasting processes, methodologies, and tools to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Long-Range Planning: Support long-range revenue planning across the company, understanding SRAD “right to win” against competitors and within context of regional market growth. Help develop operational product and account level plans to deliver on growth commitments.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive requests by providing ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support as needed.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Pricing or related field preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Highly analytical
  • Experience with supporting a high performing global team
  • Experience in technology, media or gaming industries is a nice to have
  • Drive and energy for continuous improvement and continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in financial systems and FP&A practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

 

Pay Range: $80K - $90K
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
