- Acts as senior controller, whose daily work is supported by experienced controllers
- Coordinate month-end closing activities
- Consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial report
- Supporting effective business decisions by presenting financial performance & suggesting improvement measures in order to reach targets
- Coordinate monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting in cooperation with other departments
- Keep in hand the process development and process automation initiatives
- Drive the development of existing KPI reports by using modern self-service BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Relevant degree in Finance or Economy
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience
- Fundamental understanding of key controlling and reporting processes
- Solid MS Excel knowledge & good knowledge in MS Office
- Process Automation & process development mindset
- Knowledge & engagement with BI solutions
- Excellent communication skills, being fluent in English (German is a strong advantage)
- Good analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
