Who You Are: 

As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Curaleaf, you’ll support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, with a focus on labor and workforce planning. You’ll lead budgeting, reforecasting, and performance analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize labor spend. In this collaborative role, you’ll partner with business leaders to align financial strategy with organizational goals and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do: 

You will develop labor forecasting models to optimize workforce planning, budgeting, and cost efficiency. By analyzing trends in headcount, wages, and productivity, you will identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements. You will support annual labor budgeting, track key KPIs, and provide financial insights for hiring, contracts, and automation decisions. Additionally, you will design real-time labor reporting dashboards and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in partnership with accounting. Beyond labor analysis, you will contribute to company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making through financial modeling and profitability assessments.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A
  • Experience in budgeting and long-term financial planning
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams, building strong relationships
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear frameworks and leverage data to drive strategic objectives and priorities
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach and actively collaborate closely with team members to drive results

Even Better If:

  • You have deep expertise in labor analysis and workforce trends
  • You are familiar with Vena financial planning software and Omni, or you have experience with similar financial and data visualization tools, including cube-based planning software
  • You have previous cannabis experience
