For our Business Area Central Europe, we are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant

Are you an experienced financial professional with extensive knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting? Are you looking for a challenging role in which you play a crucial role in the financial success of a dynamic company? Then this is your chance to join our international team!

As a Senior Financial Accountant at Kekkilä-BVB, you will work closely with our international Finance and Business Control team to manage record-to-report processes and enforce the Group's accounting policies. You will independently take on complex accounting, tax and business reporting responsibilities, with expertise in record-to-report and indirect taxes for Kekkilä-BVB entities in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities at a glance:

  • Support and perform complex accounting, business and tax reporting and compliance-related tasks according to Dutch GAAP framework.
  • Work closely with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure a well-functioning partnership and maintain an effective process network.
  • Coordinate and oversee tasks performed by service providers and business processes, especially in the area of indirect taxes, to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Oversee compliance with group financial accounting policies and processes, and ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of financial information.
  • Continuously improve processes, systems and practices in your area of expertise, including participation in development projects and collaboration with IT and other functions to deliver process improvements in line with our reporting/ERP projects.
