Senior Finance Systems Analyst (Workday Adaptive)

We are looking for a talented Senior Finance Systems Analyst with Workday Adaptive experience to join our team. In this position you will grow our business by supporting our team Globally with your expertise in systems and Processes.

YOUR MISSION:

As a part of the Finance transformation team, you are going to support all the projects related to this area

  • Managing ongoing Finance Transformation projects on an end to end basis independently and with knowledge of best practices
  • Work with finance and non-finance partners to understand requirements, determine the funding and budget approvals, write up the project plan, kick-off and manage the program for a successful implementation
  • Contribute towards providing an ERP roadmap / Plan for the organization for the next 5 years, assessing the current level of maturity to where we would want to be.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting, Sales Operations, Procurement and FP&A teams to manage expectations and at the same assist with troubleshooting of day to day issues and problems
  • Providing support to all internal Nexthink partners (non-finance) and thereby influencing behaviours and performance through insights and understanding of key drivers
  • Work with vendors for ongoing systems resolutions, upgrades, releases and fixes to problems
  • Attend meetings with vendors (NetSuite ACS, Expensify, SFDC, Procurement and integration partners) on a regular basis to review and report the status of ongoing projects

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems or Finance or related fields
  • 5-8+ years’ experience in ERP/FP&A/SFDC, Other Finance systems, with Workday Adaptive being a MUST HAVE as well as other systems like FP&A and Travel & Expenses. Integration experience with other non-financial systems.
  • Strong project management skills including facilitation skills, ability to manage large meetings, conduct workshops and assist in the writing up of requirements and RFP/RFI's
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and translate them into business recommendations
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Financial modeling and data warehouse
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating and working on a team
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and able to perform, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
