Primary Function of Position
The Finance System Analyst will play a crucial role within the Finance Systems team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Anaplan FP&A models and supporting other planning systems and processes. The role requires a deep understanding of financial forecasting, coupled with familiarity with the financial close and planning cycle. Collaborating extensively across the finance and IT organization, business partners and executive stakeholders, the role aims to deliver best in class financial planning systems and reporting. The analyst will also train and provide ongoing support to our FP&A users, in particular our EU and APAC users. The analyst will contribute significant value, identifying streamlining opportunities ensuring data accuracy and model process stability.
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist with implementing company-wide best-in-class financial planning tool and processes that are dynamic and fit for purpose
Serve as the key resource for the Finance Systems team actively involved in issue resolution, handling enhancement requests and driving process improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross functionally with finance and IT to assess the business impact to the planning tool if new processes or requirements are introduced
Conduct data validation to maintain the accuracy and reliability
Onboard and train new users on various Anaplan forecast model and socialize new enhancements to the broader user group
Conduct Ad Hoc data analysis to provide insights, contribute to process documentation efforts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in technology/ health care sector focused on FP&A, sales operations, consulting, corporate strategy
Anaplan Model Buidler Level 1 or Level 2 certification is must.
Understanding of financial systems, analytical tools and languages including Anaplan, Tableau and SQL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of finance related business processes and internal controls
Ability to effectively document business processes, track and troubleshoot application issues and train end users to drive adoption
Ability to present, articulate, and defend analyses diplomatically
