The Senior Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A Revenue, is responsible for a broad range of financial planning and analytics, primarily supporting the management of Visa Inc.'s Gross Revenue and Client Incentives target setting, reporting, and performance tracking activities. This role is heavily involved in the preparation of internal and external reporting for Visa Inc. and will partner closely with regional and global teams to execute corporate priorities and deliver various reports and analyses for Visa’s executive leadership.

Promoting a One Visa mindset across multiple stakeholders, encouraging collaboration, and building strong relationships will be critical for success. Essential Functions

  • Conduct detailed analysis to provide insights and narratives for client incentives, supporting quarterly earnings calls and reporting to the Board of Directors.
  • Lead role in the annual operating plan and target setting exercise for Visa Inc.'s revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Coordinate revenue reporting inputs from Regional Finance teams and drive monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Design and implement optimized Revenue and Client Incentives planning and analyses processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and analysis efforts.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to drive business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage system changes and new revenue planning and reporting tools with Financial Systems Strategy, IT, and Regional Finance teams.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Visa’s revenue drivers and their role in the global business strategy.
  • Strengthen collaboration with stakeholders to ensure coordinated efforts.
  • Lead role in cross-functional projects and process enhancements involving Revenue FP&A.
  • This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Investment Banking, or Consulting
- MBA, CFA, or a Qualified Accountant degree (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent local qualifications) is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a proactive approach to solving complex business problems through well-structured analyses.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating good judgment, organizational skills, and flexibility to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written, oral, listening, and presentation abilities.
- Capable of working well under pressure and interacting at all levels as a thought partner.
- Successful experience in working with large data sets and translating data into actionable insights in a clear and concise manner.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,200.00 to 206,350.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
