As the main point of contact for the Finance team within the R&D (Engineering & Product) organisation, you’ll be providing financial inputs into business cases, along with ongoing project management and cost controls.

Our Finance Team consists of experienced professionals, who are responsible for the smooth running of the Finance function at Form3. A close-knit team with great experiences, connections, and big ambitions! As a member of Form3’s wider Finance team you will aim high, embrace challenge, and always do what is right; acting with integrity and building trust as you contribute to the company’s technical direction and long-term goals.
INTERVIEW PROCESS ✍️
Stage 1: Screening Call with Talent Team
Stage 2: Interview with FC
Stage 3: Presentation to CPO & Senior Finance Business Partner (Commercial)
Stage 4: Final interview with CFO
We always aim to stick to the above process, however there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is needed for us to be sure we find the best fit for the role!
HIRING LOCATIONS 📍
Whilst this role is mainly remote, there will be times when travel into Form3's London office is required. We are able to accept applications from the following countries; UK
