Senior Finance Analyst - Marketing

As a Senior Finance Analyst at ASOS you will have responsibility for helping to deliver the financial and business plans. You will be partnering with the business and other finance teams to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts and reporting. You will be a fundamental part of the wider finance team and help contribute to the success of both finance and ASOS.

What you'll be doing

  • Business partnering the Marketing Senior leadership team and ASOS Media Group Director on building out multiple fast-growing areas of the business and setting up the business models for success. 
  • Working closely with marketing team to analyse the efficiency, profitability and incrementality of our performance marketing spend by channel and territory. 
  • Working closely with the global trade teams to ensure alignment between marketing spend and sales forecasts and identify any opportunities to support trade. 
  • Supporting on the modelling of the potential impact of brand marketing opportunities in driving incremental customer acquisition and retention, providing business cases to drive sound and logical investment decisions. 
  • Liaising with other Finance teams, to ensure a collaborative approach towards business planning and forecasting. 
  • Responsible for delivering accurate and timely weekly BAU reporting on marketing KPIs and spend. 
  • Preparing reports and ad-hoc analysis/topics for presentation for the Board, business stakeholders and external parties. 

About You  

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified. 
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial data, draw conclusions and make recommendations. 
  • Strong communication and the capability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and line management skills. 
  • Financial modelling and use of financial and reporting systems (MS Excel, SQL Server, MicroStrategy, TM1, Dynamics all preferred). 
  • Excellent presentational skills (MS PowerPoint) and confident of presenting to senior management.
