In this job, you will...
- Design, implement and operate the core cloud infrastructure revolving around reverse proxies, api gateways, dns delegations and networking setup
- Maintain and evolve the Kubernetes clusters that run our containerized workloads
- Evaluate and implement AWS infrastructure automation solutions
- Support the engineering teams with creating secure and reliable cloud applications
- Promote, mentor and facilitate best cloud practices within Engineering
- Challenge the status quo and continuously improve the production environment
- Review and improve the existing backup / disaster recovery processes
- Fluent in English; capable of expression yourself clearly both speaking and in writing
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of AWS infrastructure related services such as Amazon VPC, CloudFront, Route 53, AWS WAF, AWS Transit Gateway
- Experience with AWS services: IAM, CloudFormation, and EKS
- Experience maintaining Kubernetes clusters
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and an agile mindset
Nice to have's:
- Familiarity with serverless architectures, namely S3, DynamoDB, Lambda services
- Experience with SRE
- Experience with Cloudflare
- Experience with AWS CDK
- Experience with Datadog or similar tools / observability stacks
- AWS professional or specialty certifications
