About the job
As our Experience Designer, you will:
- Capture and interpret business and customer requirements, translating them into memorable and captivating digital customer experiences.
- Create experiences in an iterative manner, showcasing and validating your ideas with consumers, client stakeholders, and fellow team members.
- Develop well-considered and visually appealing digital experiences that align with the brand identity and guidelines.
- Own the experience you created and guide & support the engineering team throughout the development process.
Requirements
The skills you will bring:
- Are experienced in both UX and UI design, delivering well-rounded solutions
- Have a client-centric approach and empathy towards customer needs and preferences.
- Have excellent communication skills: ability to adapt communication style to developers and clients, facilitating workshops and fostering effective collaboration.
- Are adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to different project requirements and challenges.
- Are innovative, constantly seeking new and creative approaches to improve user experiences and design solutions.
