As a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Allegro, you’ll manage our Executive Search team, driving the entire recruitment lifecycle. Your mission will be to attract top-tier leadership talent, with a special focus on technology and product teams. This role requires not only a deep understanding of the tech and product landscape but also a passion for sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Your main responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of the Executive Search team
- Drive the full recruitment life cycle for senior management and director-level roles, ensuring a seamless experience from sourcing to offer management
- Partner closely with the management board to align recruitment strategies and deliver top-tier talent
- Perform comprehensive market mapping to spot and attract high-caliber candidates in the technology and product sectors
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth feedback loops and well-informed hiring decisions
- Craft and negotiate sophisticated offers, working collaboratively with HRBPs and other centers of competencies, hiring managers and executive stakeholders
- Provide transparent updates to senior leadership on recruitment progress, maintaining alignment and insight into talent acquisition efforts
- Maintain and optimize recruitment systems, generating key reports to inform strategic decision-making
- Foster strong relationships with external recruitment partners to ensure they deliver quality service aligned with Allegro’s talent needs
- Engage in cross-functional HR projects, contributing to innovations in process improvement, system implementation, and policy design

This job is for you, if:
- Have 7-9 years of experience in executive search, preferably within the technology sector
- Are skilled in managing complex recruitment processes for senior-level positions across local and international markets
- Excel in sourcing high-level candidates through direct search techniques
- Can manage senior stakeholders and build strong relationships across different teams.
- Communicate fluently in English (C1 level)
- Are adaptable, creative, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes
- Possess strong negotiation and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines
