What You’ll Be Doing:
We're looking for a seasoned Executive Recruiter / Sourcer who is excited to work on strategic Business and Tech hires at Grow Therapy. You'll join the team to act as a sourcing partner to other Recruiters on niche and tougher-to-fill roles. You'll also own end-to-end recruiting for a small req load of our most senior-level hires. Your role will be pivotal in our mission to build the best team in our space
- Build an outbound pipeline for various executive searches for both tech and business roles [Director+] and well as for niche and tougher to fill positions
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for several business and technical roles from role kick off to closing [application review, sourcing, screening, taking through the full process and offering candidates]
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, advise on interview panels, and seek out incredible talent for Grow
- Build and manage several pipelines of candidates at a high volume through a variety of inbound and outbound channels, including our job board, Linkedin sourcing, and more
- Conduct recruiter screens, assessing for company stage and mission alignment as well as domain expertise
- Use data-driven insights to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
The salary range for this position is 100,000-120,000.
Please Note: For this role, we have a strong preference for someone based in New York City to come into our Soho office at least 2x a week.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have 4+ years of executive search firm experience as a recruiter
- You have 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for both technical and business positions
- You are an extremely strong sourcer and enjoy building an outbound pipeline
- You have a strong understanding of recruiting best practices
- You are passionate about mental health and accessible therapy
- You have direct experience working with members of executive teams
- You have experience working with an ATS
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- You are excited about coming in to the NYC office a couple of times a week on an optional model
