What You'll Do
- Communicate with client partners and manage client meetings in partnership with the producer on the project
- Create overarching project schedule and process, working with the dedicated producer to build out the detailed version with dependencies and milestones, then managing to it and updating as needed
- Manage client relationships and establish rapport quickly, starting with client stakeholder sessions
- Proactively schedule and communicate internal goals to ensure project success
- Partner with producer and leads to ensure client feedback is distilled and distributed in a way that works towards our goals, rather than simply checks off a box
- Own and maintain the process for resourcing requests/staffing as needed on your projects/accounts, as well as proactively flag resource needs or availability
- Manage financial tracking of your accounts/projects, including SOW creation, establishing projects with accounting, keeping MoneyPenny updated/maintained, and working with senior producers to invoice on time and accurately
- Monitor morale on the team to keep energy high and offer solutions to contribute to team culture
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships that can help us build/grow accounts
- Support the team with new business development, including intaking briefs, putting together project proposals, and spinning up new workstreams with light support from the Executive Director
- Mentor and guide the production team by optimizing, evolving and/or adjusting our internal processes
What You'll Bring
- You’re highly-detail oriented and organized
- You can follow a set process or establish a new process depending on the need
- You are familiar with owning a client relationship and can sense what’s needed to give our clients confidence
- You have experience leading a project team comprised of multiple disciplines and work streams
- You are a clear communicator to both the client and internal team
- You have an understanding of the project process and can set it, working with the producer to get into the details and understand dependencies
- You are proactive in highlighting issues before they arise, and individuals that need additional support
- Your own style, perspective, approach and purpose to the work to do the job in your own way
- You are comfortable communicating with the client team at a regular cadence
- You have owned the full project lifecycle and are especially comfortable intaking a brief, putting together a project proposal (with your multi-discipline counterparts), pitching or presenting the plan, resourcing the right team, spinning up the project, and kicking off the work
- You have Google experience (nice to have!)
Salary Range
- The expected pay range for this position is $135,000-$160,000 for our base US Region 3*. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments.
