We are seeking a Senior Executive with 3–5 years of experience to join our reputable and sizable manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in managing New Product Development (NPD) projects in the pharmaceutical industry and contributing to the organization’s continued growth and success.

As a Senior Executive, you will oversee NPD projects from the “Define” phase to “Commercialization” within existing sourcing facilities. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and other Manufacturing teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and timely project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage NPD projects in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring seamless coordination from the “Define” phase to “Commercialization.”
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Brand and Product Innovation teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with defined objectives and goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to regulatory, technical, or operational challenges.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Optimize project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ad-hoc projects may assign in corporate strategy level


Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Science, Supply Chain & Procurement, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing NPD projects, particularly in the pharmaceutical or FMCG (Consumer Packaged Goods / Food) manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with product development and commercialization processes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects under ambiguous situation
Result-oriented mindset -  deliver results within defined timelines and budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and risks effectively.
