Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with an interest in the exciting world of Bitcoin? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at CleanSpark. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the growth and success of our innovative and forward-thinking company.

This is an onsite position and requires up to 10% travel.

As the Senior Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will:

  • Schedule and manage calendar for internal, external, and personal meetings.
  • Manage e-mail communication: review, draft, flag, and filter inbox on behalf of CFO
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (airfare, lodging, car rentals, dining reservations)
  • Prepare CFO for meetings: prepare agenda, coordinate with meeting participants regarding expectations, sit-in meetings to support CFO in follow up’s/summary
  • Organize and maintain confidential information: files, passwords, records, and reports
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and hosting CFO sponsored events (business meetings, dinners, retreats, team outings, etc.)
  • Managing daily tasks and priorities on behalf of CFO
  • Collaborate with team members to support CFO tasks, projects, and deliverables
  • Serve as the main point of contact internally and externally for CFO
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports and other documents
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as an admin professional
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leadership (EA to CFO or other financial executive preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and solutions oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
