To learn more, please visit www.outreach.io.  The Role   We are searching for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to be a partner to our Chief Revenue Officer and/or Chief Marketing Officer. We may be open to remote for the right candidate as well.  Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Manage daily calendars and executive travel - solving complex scheduling situations in  a collaborative and team-oriented manner   
  • Spearhead planning for some of our larger sales & marketing events (i.e. President’s Club, Sales Kick-Off, etc.) 
  • Communicate directly and on behalf of the Sales & Marketing teams both internally and externally (VIP stakeholders including customers, executive staff, vendors, and company-wide communications). 
  • Work with C-level leaders and tenured GTM teams on business rhythms and events 
  • Execute special projects and project manage events, effectively partnering with  cross-functional teams and managing deadline pressures while providing proactive updates 
  • Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine levels of urgency and the appropriate courses of action in collaboration with other EAs and executive staff 
  • Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through   
  • Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with  executive staff and peers 
  • Assist with expense reports, budgeting, & potentially procurement

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment

  • Super Organized: You have a superior organizational aptitude and love the details while being able to be flexible 
  • Tech Savvy: you utilize the latest tools to make your work as efficient as possible. You have a natural curiosity for the tech industry, and want to be part of a highly energetic and passionate team about to make history 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 
  • Experience working with Sales and/or Marketing teams is a plus! 
  • The base salary range for this role is $85,500 - $155,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
