We are currently looking for an ERP Project Manager to join the experts in our Montreal teams.
As a project manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of ERP implementation projects. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Collaborate with the sales team (Account Managers and Solution Architects) to assess project scope and plan during the sales cycles
- Plan, organize, direct, and control all project activities, including scope, budget, timeline, and quality
- Manage project governance meetings, effectively communicate project objectives, and provide clear directions to the project team
- Identify project risks and implement strategies to minimize their impacts
- Guide and support consultants/advisors assigned to the project, evaluate their performance, and provide constructive feedback
- Produce and communicate weekly project progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing their expectations, focusing on achieving their objectives, and providing guidance throughout the project
- Play an active role in the continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT project management, including ERP system implementation using agile (scrum) and waterfall methodologies
- Extensive experience with either:
- SAP solutions (i.e.: S4/HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Microsoft Solutions (i.e.: Tier 1, NAV, AX, Business Central, F&O)
- PMP certification is a significant asset
- Good knowledge of business processes in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or general services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness in project management; strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
