We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales to join our Key Accounts team in the Regional Talent Solutions business (visit https://talenthub.glints.com/ for more information). This role is heavily sales-driven, focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding high-value accounts. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, driving enterprise client engagement, and managing key accounts to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across multinational organizations across the globe especially Asia, ensuring seamless onboarding, long-term partnerships, and supporting global expansion.  You will report directly to our Key Account Director in Singapore. What You'll Be Doing
  • Enterprise Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Identify, secure, and manage enterprise clients (B2B), focusing on Asia while supporting global expansion. Drive revenue by acquiring and expanding partnerships, managing 10+ key clients, and collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic Deal-Making & Solution Selling: Understand client hiring needs and tailor recruitment solutions. Enhance onboarding processes for efficiency and satisfaction while supporting proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Collaboration & High-Level Stakeholder Management: Work across teams in Asia and beyond, ensuring Finance, Operations, Recruitment, and Delivery align. Bridge internal teams and clients to meet expectations, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Data-Driven Sales & CRM Management: Analyze client engagement data, track key metrics, and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline using CRM tools like HubSpot. Ensure accurate reporting for continuous growth
  • Continuous Improvement & Client-Centric Innovation: Gather client feedback to refine business development strategies, optimize workflows, and enhance client experience. Drive revenue impact, contributing $100K+ SGD in annual recurring revenue
  • Who We Are Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B sales, or key account management within recruitment, consulting, or B2B SaaS
  • Strong track record in acquiring new clients and closing high-value deals (enterprise-level) while driving revenue growth
  • Business-level English communication skills. Proficiency in other languages is a huge plus
  • Strong customer obsessed mindset, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-Level executives
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong industry knowledge in the recruitment or consulting industry
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
